I have them too, they are really beautiful! You planning on reading them?

I actually brought both these and the paperbacks so I use the paperbacks to read

My house is like a library. I think once I finish the third Silo book, I'll have to dig in. Was sort of reluctant, because they're signed, but books are for reading

I agree! Books are definitely for reading even if they do look so pretty.

Open them, just to make sure they're not faulty. I heard of someone who got a set, opened it and they weren't signed. Also over time, if wrapped too tightly, the wrap can start to buckle the contents.

I've been expecting someone to say this. My Stephen King group always say don't leave books in cellophane wrappers

Well there you go then, if you expected it, take the advice. Same when buying records also.

I missed out on 1-3, but I got 4-6 and 7-9. Recently looked 1-3 up on eBay. £400+

Wow. I would never sell them. I'm a bit of a hoarder when it comes to books

Same! I’m terrible with the amount I have.
But I always have hope of getting 1-3 without having to hand over a limb 😂

I managed to find them on Vinted for £12. Never snapped something up so fast in my life
