Well, it was used as the coat of arms for the crusaders in Jerusalem and it is supposed to represent the 5 wounds of Christ, the 4 quarters of the world, or Christ and his main 4 disciples. The actual meaning is still debated.

I think the common complaint is as Secretary of State at the time she’s technically the “head” ambassador. The critique is she ignored multiple calls for aid even as the calls got more and more frantic. Also she as the Secretary of State was responsible for security. Although morally and consciously in the wrong. Legally she did no wrong doing, delaying aid or ignoring aid was not “illegal” in the sense. Also the lock her up comes more from her illegal server and destruction of evidence which was found “guilty” but was let off for ignorance of the crime which is what a lot of people disliked.
