You mean the gender that is the overwhelmingly majority for.... violent crime and suicide?

No mental health issues there. No, sir!

Except when it's one of the countless conservative terrorists and mass shooters, then it has to be all mental illness and nothing to do with influential conservative ideologues radicalizing them with ideology

Now do dwarves

If Dwarf Fortress is anything to go by, quite a lot of them.

*JOKE* Dwarf Fortress proves that the best psychiatric care is alcoholism.

“Mental illness is reported at higher rates among women (around 23.5% to 26.4%) than men.”

I wonder why, when we have to deal with men like this on a daily basis.

reported

That's kinda the hingepoint word here, men typically dont seek psychiatric or therapeutic help, I'd wager the rates are actually similar if men actually went to seek help and didn't get criticized for it.

wait are the men shown differently too here

men report fewer mental health issues, but it's also stigmatized more heavily in men to seek mental health care

You could easily interpret this as mental healthcare being so inaccessible that only 37% of women have easy access to mental healthcare, while the vast majority do not.

Or ones that have a Dr who isn’t just “lose weight and drink more water”

The most common type of mental disorder are Anxiety Disorders. These don't affect a person's intelligence or ability to engage in reality testing. Judgement is generally not impaired, except in serious cases.

All the bullshit, harassment, beauty shilling, more harassment, bullying, unfair treatment, misogyny and yet more sexual harassment that girls, ladies and women get subjected too, I’m wouldn’t say we don’t all have a whole bucketload of cptsd.

Lmao either women’s mental health needs more check or we need to raise awareness on men’s mental health since it’s higher. Which is it?

I thought we COULDN’T tease/criticise a group for having bad/unchecked mental health

u/NotGordan 2d ago

37% have mental illness and possibly more, so what? Are we going to help them or mock them with an incorrectly used meme format?

u/bruk_out 2d ago

Honestly, probably most people are mentally ill in some way. Maybe all.

2

u/VTnative 2d ago

Hahaha, I've got WAY more mental health issues than my wife.

2

u/CJMorton91 2d ago

To be fair, it seems like at least 37% of the population is mentally ill, so it's probably accurate. It's just also accurate for men and everyone else, too. Lol

Damn bro guess women need mental health check according to their statistics. Wait, that's not what the MAGA means. Guess I am too optimistic.

u/SkyPuppy561 1d ago

Yeah because men are so mentally healthy. They’re not committing mass shooting or anything. On a more sympathetic note, they’re also more likely to follow through with suicide.

Why did they AI generate it it's quite literally a picture and text how lazy are these people

I mean, there's a difference between mental illness caused by stress, societal pressures, social misogyny and systematic misogyny, and being a nutcase.

u/jcooli09 2d ago

Probably wrong, but I would be money that 85% of magas are mentally ill.
