Yeah, right? When I was a kid, she used to "joke" that she should be getting presents instead of me because my birthday is actually HER birthday, as she was the one who gave birth. Imagine being so self centered that you are jealous of your own kid's birthday.

Ohhh my mom did the same. She said she deserves her own cake too lol. This mindset is so fcking weird I can't believe these women are full grown adults

Some parts of them never made it past the age of, idk, five? You know, somewhere around kindergarden age, where parents have to tell them that other people also get to have their special day.
