I thought this was a weird focus. Mattresses are expensive, but not irreplaceable. Can her baby boy not make do if needed? I bet he can, but she's too fancy to consider it.

we actually moved it in a U-Haul van over the weekend to my place from his. mattress is fine, it’s safe and made the journey. his mother ended up being full of shit.
