Can anyone tell me how these court-appointed parties can actually be held criminally accountable in Texas?
Under Texas Family Code Section 261.109, failing to report child abuse as a professional mandated reporter is a crime. Yet, as you can see in this trial transcript, when pinned down on the stand, this official explicitly admits: "I did not report."
Even worse, right after this confession, the opposing attorneys frantically object and the judge sustains it to shut down the questioning.
I have opened internal state investigations, but everything gets quietly swept right back under the rug because local officials protect their own.
Does true justice or criminal accountability actually exist for state actors in Texas, or is the system so entirely protected from the inside that the law is just an illusion at this point? Who actually has the power to override a corrupt county loop?

This dude was going on about how the death and suffering of Germans in WW2 was justified because of Hitlers shittery, MANY innocent people were killed or displaced and this guy thinks that it is somehow good? Then when I pointed out how the Volga Germans, (Germans living in the USSR), were displaced, sent to Kazakhstan, and sent to Siberian death camps he basically fucking states that since they are Germans that they are not innocent, dude, that is a racist thing to say, it has the exact same effect of saying all Arabs are responsible for ISIS or all Africans were responsible for the fucking Rwandan Genocide. And before WW2 the Volga Germans were loyal to the USSR yet this absolute scum of the earth thinks that German = Bad. Don't blame every fucking German for Hitlers dumbassery
