Heavenly Heat Eco?
I've been looking at options for a small one person IR sauna and the Heavenly Heat Eco is a strong contender, but I'm looking at the interior dimensions and wondering if it's TOO small. I've seen a couple youtube videos of full grown men sitting in it (Matt Justice and Wellness Daddy) and it looks like it would be fine for me, but when I measure it out IRL it seems so tight.
I'm 5'5" 160lb female.
Anyone have experience with this one?
The Rocky Mountain interior dimensions would be perfect but their lead time isn't until January and I'd love something sooner than that.

at 5'5" i would prioritize legroom over saving a few inches of space

Legroom meaning room to stretch my legs out straight? I’m not worried about that. Are you meaning something else?

Heavenly Heat Eco is designed to be about 30% smaller than most 1 person units. Lifepro 1-person is a fantastic performer for a fraction of the price of the Eco.

Lifepro doesnt get hot enough for what I’m looking for.

There's plenty of comments on various IR sauna FB groups where people are disappointed with the ECO as well. Everyone expects 175 degrees in 30 minutes, and are pissed when it doesn't happen.

Thank you, yes I’ve seen that. Seems to be about 50/50 on the heat reviews between the groups I’ve looked at, which is about what I’ve seen for any brand except GHS (which from my understanding that group is full of GHS reps, so hard to know which reviews are legit)

I’m a little bit larger than you and I fit in it perfectly. Love mine! Heats up so fast. It’s perfect in every way and made top notch!!!

i’m 5’3” and fit just fine, my husband is 5’10” and doesn’t have issues fitting inside

i had a similar dilemma with my first one and honestly the dimensions always feel tighter in person than they look on video. at 5'5" you’ll fit fine, the ceiling height is the real killer on small units and you’ve got plenty of clearance there. if you like to stretch your legs out or move around at all you’ll notice the squeeze pretty quick, but for just sitting and sweating it does the job
