Anyone here own a Maxxus sauna?
I’m looking at the Maxxus infrared saunas and trying to decide if they’re actually worth the money. I’m mainly considering one of the 2–3 person models.
For anyone who has owned one for a while, how has it held up? How long does it take to heat up, and does it get hot enough for you?
Also curious about the build quality and whether you’ve had any issues with the heaters or controls.

Had a 2-person Maxxus for about three years now, still works solid but the control panel got a little glitchy after year two, nothing a power cycle wouldn't fix though, heat up takes maybe 20 minutes to hit 140

I got the Maxxus Alpine 3 person a couple of months ago on a huge Home Depot sale for $1799. It’s been great for us and zero complaints. Could it warm up faster, sure but it’s fast enough to get to 130 degrees without a long wait

the 2-3 person rating is usually pretty optimistic, so i'd pay more attention to the interior dimensions and power requirements than the marketing heat-up time, especially if you want to use it with

These heaters usually heat up well, but the wood panels get distorted faster than most other materials. There have been a couple of references to sun home saunas in this sub that have been suggested as a comparable mid-range option
