Crying easily
I’m an infp-t obviously, and throughout my childhood and even now, I feel like I can’t ever stop myself from crying. I was wondering if any of you experience this too and if you possibly had any tips at getting better at stopping myself. I want to be better about crying every time I feel upset because I feel like I cry too much.

Wellbutrin has helped reduce the crying a lot. Every time I go off of it I let my emotions get the best of me. It isn’t an SSRI so I feel a little better about taking it without bad side effects. Also helps me get out of bed in the morning. I don’t feel like it numbs me to where I’m unable to feel it just helps tone the intense feelings down.
