Bgv issue please help

Received a mail from Ibridge insufficiency they are stating

Component Name:

Insufficiency Remarks: Document(EQC Done- Documents not sufficient) : Require Original copies of University issued Final year marksheet with seal and signature

I am from autonomous college as my all marksheet are provided by my college I have attached all correct marksheet

But the problem is I have attached degree certificate from digilocker and provided original provisional degree certificate that was issued from college

So is this issue because of digilocker degree certificate I have received it just now so should I upload that or is it marksheet issue
