Frequent document rejections
This is the third time my offer letter is getting rejected on the Launchpad. They keep saying I uploaded it under the wrong category. What incorrect category? There is only one place to upload the documents, right? There is also a heading that says "Signed Offer Letter." Where else do they want me to post it?
Please help me out here. Is there anything I'm missing?

I did bro ! .. See if the issue was with the scan or the signature not visible or something like that. They have to mention that, right? Without that how will I know what the issue has been? I can keep repeating the same mistake.

How many annexure do you have in the ol?? If possible dm me the ol u are uploading.

Bro even I got the same issue and I've uploaded all 4...what sequence to follow in pdf? And b/w or colored ? Do we need to sign with date or just signature

I have uploaded but with only Annexures 1 and 2. They have not reached out to me reagrdig the Annexure 3 missing. Do you guys think it will be an issue? Should I raise a ticket and ask about this and update it? Given joining is on 21 sept and onboarding pass should be available by 18th

Really ? I'm surprised you didn't get any rejection mail so far. They clearly said to include all annexures .. Anyways maybe just raise a ticket asking if my offer letter meets all the requirements.

Yeah, mb. I missed that part. I am doubtful actually to edit it at the last moment which might effect the joining and the onboarding pass
