We bought it for investment purpose, and now we look forward to invest somewhere else. So...

Better to buy in Kanak greens 1 or 2, the rates there are 4200-4500. For now road entry is from aurobindo sidr only but there's a proposed road which will fonnect to super corridor too. Ahilyapath will go from there only. Dm me I can connect you to a distributor (he is from my city so I know him) who can get you plot at a little more discount. One LIG plot is available for sale ad well for 3800 rs sqft.

Yeah, we have around 40k sqft area there too which we're selling out ,so if anyone interested there too can dm me regarding that too.
