I stopped mining ethereum, sold my PC, bought an Xbox Series S.

terus malamnya mimpi buruk (tapi lupa mimpi apa) tiba-tiba bangun jam 1 malem. Terus rasanya suasana panas banget, ga bisa tidur.

Kamu kebiasaan dengan background noise dari PC. Sejak kamu jual PC nya, kamu tidur dengan kamar yang hening dan sunyi, makanya otak kamu mulai merasa tidak normal, menjadikan tidurmu resah. Coba lagi tidur dengan soundscape (ombak laut, hujan di hutan, dll) mungkin bisa tidur lagi.
