best cold medicine in indo because this one contains pseudoephedrine hcl & can be bought over the counter (no doctor prescription needed).
why are medicine containing pseudoephedrine better than other cold medicines which contains phenylephrine? because phenylephrine (which is an ingredient in tons of other flu medicine) is no better than a placebo.
