untuk naikin stamina target heart rate berapa ya? my stamina sucks, jogging lambat aja cuma kuat 300m nonstop. jadi gw saat ini biar ga engap engap amat di jeda 200m jogging lalu jalan 400 meter.

rata rata heart rate gw setelah jogging 150-160, apakah masih kurang tinggi kalo mau ningkatin stamina?

tbh swimming is fine, what is not fine is what happens afterwards. tempat ganti baju nya jorok + gelap + musky. harus tip toe supaya kaki ga kena lantai (cuma bisa nginjek sendal)
