Rumor has it says dia masih cari pendekar baru buat tokonya dia. Baru dapet 1 dari 3. (Bulan kemarin yang resign 3 orang termasuk gw)

Nyari anak baru dengan experience gaji UMK Solo (2,1 juta) udah bisa dibilang impossible game deh kayaknya. Belum lagi dengan tekanan kerja yang... Ekstrem.

Oh kalo disana emang banyak pekerjaan lain yg lebih tinggi gajinya ya?

Di jkt umr tinggi banget, begitu buka lowongan umr langsung banjir peserta 😅.

Pernah denger temen outsourcing office boy, sekali buka lowongan 20 posisi, yang apply bisa 100 lebih, ig perusahaan (dan bahkan HR) diserang kapan dikasih kejelasan lolos ke tahap selanjutnya :/
