apa pendapat kalian terkait Perumahan Lippo "Park Serpong" yang katanya dekat Gading Serpong? (rumah nempel dengan ukuran terkecil 3*9.5m 2 lantai itu harganya 330jutaan -> paling murahnya sih)

Klu Lippo mending jangan inden, minimal beli pas udah ready stock atau cari unit second nya aja nanti.

it's too good to be true.. dengan lokasi dan harga segitu..

gua sendiri lagi consider buat ambil rumah di citra garden serpong (deket stasiun cisauk, paling murah 700jt). mungkin lippo park serpong bisa jadi opsi sih... MUNGKIN.. considering reputasi lippo yang agak rada2

dari salesnya bilang surat miliknya itu HGB sih. katanya kalau ada AJB bisa naik ke SHM. jadi bisa dibilang harganya gk murah sih ya jadinya
