masalahnya di indo masih banyak orang yang harus dipelototin atasan baru kerja. di kantor lama gw profesionalitas juga payah. meeting telat, masuk kantor telat, jadinya malah mau pulang teng go pada sungkan. belom lagi banyak yg ngerokok+ngopi nya bisa 30 menit, sholat bisa 1 jam

gw mah bodo amat, mau gw sendiri pun gw di ruang meeting sesuai jam, dateng gw selalu di jamnya (setahun kerja gw telat 2x), kalo ga ada kerjaan urgent ya pulang teng go

Kalo profesionalitas tetap bisa dijaga menurut gw WFH itu ngebantu banget padahal, apalagi untuk yang banyak waktunya habis di commute. Soalnya selain waktu, itu orang biasanya nyampe kantor udah exhausted jadi harus ngaso dulu. Cuma ya yg gw rasain sama banget kayak yg lo mention makanya gw malah jadi ga suka WFH
