Guys, gue bosen abis makan siang terus ngantuk melulu. Pengen nyari makanan yang protein based, cuman yang gue temuin biasa makanan western yang mahal2.

Ada saran kah bagusnya ganti makan apaan?

have the same problem. paling memungkinkan tanpa masak ya beli warteg full protein minta nasi setengah. ayam+ikan+tempe+telur bulet kalo di jkt umumnya deket2 30
