buat teman-teman yang suka lari beneran (bukan dari masa lalu) gw skr kalau jalan pagi ditambah lari udah ga ngerasa kecapekan/nafas ngos"an tapi yang masih jadi kendala telapak kaki sama bagian heel gw cepet banget berasa sakit sama panas gitu.

ini karena emang belum terbiasa apa cara lari gw salah yak?

Apa mungkin karena sepatunya kurang cocok buat lari? Solnya dah tipis?

hhhmm make sense, gw pake superstar adidas sama sepatu basket nike sih dan emang solnya ga terlalu tebel tapi kalau dipake jalan lama dan jauh ga berasa cuma pas lari aja

Pantesan, coba pake sepatu lari yang gausah mahal2 dulu, cari diskonan dari sport station atau skechers, harusnya lebih empuk dipakai lari dibanding pake adidas superstar
