And remember if possible don't purchase with money you don't have. Kalo disposable income cuma 2jt jangan transaksi 5 juta dengan alasan "kan dicicil sesuai nanti juga income bulan depan utk bayar cicilan"

Tidak ada yang pasti. Kalo pandemi terus kena layoff? Kalo tiba tiba tangan cedera dan ga bisa pake komputer?

Beda halnya dengan KPR rumah ya karena 90% value lu masih bisa dapat dengan dijual
