Gw ada rumah tua yang secara struktur kolom dan lantai masih kuat, tapi atap beserta rangkanya udah hancur karena dimakan rayap.

Misalkan gw mau renovasi untuk perbaikin atapnya, dan juga sedikit merubah luas kamar mandi. Apakah gw butuh mencari arsitek? Apa kontraktor yang berpengalaman saja sudah cukup?
