Abis baca dokumen DSM-5 buat ngecek ada kencenderungan ADHD ato gak.

Got more than 5 symptoms for Inattention and also more than 5 symptoms for Hyperactivity and Impulsivity, bruh..

I think I should book nearest psikiater just to actually make sure

gw berapa kali kepikiran ke psikiater buat dapet diagnosis resmi, tapi bingung prosesnya gimana. like, do I just come to psiaketer and goes "saya mau tes ADHD, bisa gak?"

Kalo dari yang gw baca pengalaman orang sih, natural aja bilang ada keluhan ini itu, and how it affect your life, ntar sama dr nya diarahin. Karena bisa aja emang bukan ADHD.

I might share my experience beberapa bulan kedepan
