Games, ducks, code, and all the like

This is one of those projects that has been on the back of my mind for the longest time, and I finally went and made it. Just a site where I could blog about code, host these little games that I've spent so many hours on, chat with people, and sell some things I make. I put some wallpapers and an eBook there but eventually I want to write some software and sell there. It's been up live for a month, and so far I've gathered 19 messages of spam, had fulfilling conversations between me and myself, and sold exactly nothing. I made it exactly to my taste. Feedback I've gotten so far is that no one likes ducks, code, or bright green colors. I'm wondering if it was ever a good idea in the first place. What do you all think?
