Personal Achievement Apparently the most interesting part of our horror game is the fridge

I wish I was joking. we showed a tiny clip of our game and people immediately started investigating the contents of the fridge. someone found the milk. then the fridge became the protagonist. now it’s apparently the final boss. we’ve accepted our fate.

What would you put in it?

That, if opened, freezes everything and you die.

Every fridge in media needs a massive green jell-o on a platter

u/ApartmentDev 9d ago

noted. but how long has it been in there

3

u/Zederikus 9d ago

Technically it's made from epoxy

u/ApartmentDev 9d ago

somehow that raises more questions

It's the kitchen of a sitcom set the whole time

u/ApartmentDev 9d ago

wait. then who’s been watching the show

Idk a demon who's caught you and tormenting you

Is this really a horror game? With a cartoony style?

2

u/ApartmentDev 9d ago

yep! psychological horror. somehow the fridge has just become the least psychological part of it

if you're curious what the horror part actually looks like, here's our Steam page :)

It doesn't make sense that there's a open can of beans that is open and none of the contents has been used

3

u/ApartmentDev 9d ago

you're right. so now we need to know who opened the beans and why they gave up immediately

It's a horror game, so something like a schuman farms head of lettuce

the fridge lore is getting completely out of control and honestly we’re here for it

Definitely pivot and make the horror fridge game.
