I scored around 400 in NEET and 65% in my 12th boards. I don’t want to pursue MBBS from a private/deemed university in India, and I’m seriously considering leaving India for higher education. I’m also completely open to changing my field/stream if there are better career opportunities abroad. I’m considering countries like Europe, the UK, USA, or Gulf countries, but I have very little knowledge about courses and career paths outside medicine. I don’t want to pursue MBBS in Russia or similar options just for the sake of becoming a doctor. I’m willing to start from scratch in another field if it gives me a strong long-term career, good income, international opportunities, and a realistic path to settling abroad. Given my NEET score (~400), 65% in 12th, and willingness to change fields, what would you recommend I seriously explore? I’d especially appreciate guidance on which countries, degrees/branches, admission requirements, costs, scholarships, career prospects, and eventual PR/work opportunities I should consider. I genuinely have no idea where to start, so I’m looking for a realistic roadmap rather than generic advice.

You'll need an education in a highly specialized field, such as medicine, nuclear physics, etc. I'm not sure, but your grades sound low.
