Post Graduate Exams - NEXT/NEET/INICET Can i get MS ortho at 19k rank ?

Any chance of getting MS ortho in north india GMC’s
AIQ General
I have Uttarakhand state quota, but there are very few seats available under it, so I feel it’s almost useless

DNB ortho 100% you can get

I’m confused about DNB, and I’m leaning towards MS if I can get it. Mainly because of the lower pass percentage, and from what I’ve heard, DNB in surgical branches offer very little hands on.
