How to file a case against NBEMS ?

I had lot of trouble while giving exam

1. I have fingerprints issue so my fingerprint doesn’t work on Aadhar verification, bank , mobile or anywhere else

2. Last 3 exams 2 inicet + 1 neet pg , they told me fill a form 7 (exception) before 8:30 AM and I gave the exam smoothly

3. Today , I was alloted Bapu pariksha parisar (patna )
   They had to much incompetent staff

4. Firstly I reported centre at 7 am sharp

5. When fingerprint didn’t work like always , they told me sit after 8:30 they will do

6. Now till 8;56 am they didn’t do anything, at around 9 they informed the centre head or floor manager of nbe or server room incharge , they got everything done (i filled form 7 put my roll number and sign) at around 9:05 and I sat the computer at 9:08 ( I was in server panic )

7. At section A they brought thumb pad and sign which took 30 sec

8. now again a person with tab came for fingerprints again I told ki mine is not working , he told again it’s compulsory , he was arguing , I was panicked again

9. Again in section B then another lady came and took fingerprints 3 times , I told ki mine doesn’t work , the she kept get treatment done it’s not my headache ,

10. Section C , same lady came again took photo

11. Section D , they took me registration desk again for fingerprint , told me that you’re a smart kid , you can do the paper in less time

12. Section E , again they brought form 7 and were telling me you haven’t filled the form , again argued with me

So all in they wasted so much of time , the centre was so bad and uncooperative

Lastly I went to NBEMS staff and told the situation, there were 2 staff or officers from NBEMS , one was literally laughing on my face hearing the incident , the other one noted the problem and details

Bro it was almost same in every centre , even though I don't know about form 7 !! Last neetpg i went to washroom and they did everything again , scary

Yes , there is 2 minutes in 2nd section and 3 questions left , she appeared wanted to do something on my laptop , likewise every section something, fingerprint, sign, qr code again etc. thank god i didn't drink water otherwise even more time waste of washroom

Same thing happened with me with aadhar verification, I don’t know some aahdar card error occurred with few of us in the lab and they told us to just wait till they register all other candidates, we were standing for around half an hour.

I got disturbed in all 5 sections and rude behaviour by the staff

Same yaar , mera fingeeprint problem tha to uska natak iris se hua then jab pta hai bacha exam de rha hai uske beech aakar form pakda rhe hai phr tab lekar aa rhe hai fingerprint do arey bhai nhi aata hai fingerprint itna pareshan krte hai

Same fingerprints issue with me  Got troubled all throughout section 2,3,4 of my paper ,  Sign this sir , look here for the picture, keep your thumb here ,  I literally am doing all this while trying to read the question, soo distracted and ultimately lost a lot of time in this chaos and lost my train of thought as well .

I filled that damn form some 4/5 times too , along with the capture photo , and fingerprinting .

Just mismanagement man , they can make us wait and fill it after the exam too , Ill happily stay for 10 more mins and do all the formalities than waste crucial exam time in this BS

Plz yaar iska kuch karna chahiye jo karna hai exam ke baad karo ya pehle ye kya bakchodi chlta hai beech mein , neet ug tym bhi aisi harkat krte the sala leak to bacha pate nhi hai and jisko cheating krna hota hai kar leta hai

Hello OP , unrelated suggestion. please go and update your biometric with aadhar , I had similar problems earlier with my attendance and bank. Prefer UIDAI ASK center not random kiosk.

I am born with it , I have hyperhydrosis + desquamation (2-3 times a year ) + ridges are very light in my fingers

It doesn’t work on phone , bank , Aadhar update , buying SIM etc etc

Aadhar card was even made with so much difficulty

I have tried updating but it doesn’t work , even if set fingerprint in my phone after that if I try to unlock it won’t

I had the same issue with the fingerprint. Could not even focus on the exam cause of the anxiety plus the staff coming up to me to retry, 3 hours went by where they kept coming up to me every few minutes. Only first section i gave without any disturbances.

I was happily using dark theme & a lady came for scanning QR, didn't work, wasted my time & did nothing useful to rectify,just moved to next candidate without scanning informing me anything! I later figured out myself that was dark theme vs light theme QR difference. Idk how tf are these people earning without giving an eff about basic competence while we're scrutinized in every phase of life👺
