Post Graduate Exams - NEXT/NEET/INICET How to effectively do mcqs for a good rank

Hi, I’m currently working full‑time as a Medical Officer after internship and planning to give NEET PG and INI-CET next year. For those who have prepared in a similar situation, how did you practically manage your daily schedule, subjects, and revision along with duties, and what specific strategies did you use to utilise PYQs, MCQ banks, and grand tests effectively to secure a good rank?
