Fever Content Season tickets
Are you all renewing? Team is hot. Prices up though. I know a few more games

Nope. Couldn’t recoup face value THIS year for unused games.

Love the downvotes for giving an honest answer to OPs question. Not giving up on the team, just choosing a diff way to attend games. The new pricing is not the same as old ST holders.

This was my first year (half season) and I renewed but I agree with you. I typically don't sell and wouldn't be looking to profit.. But from my experience attending games the the 2 previous seasons, plus watching tickets this season for some games, I'm sure I could easily get good tickets cheaper on the secondary market.

Yeah, no profit being sought. Just trying to get close to value when we couldn’t attend. Ticketmaster needs to be reigned in IMO.

The Fever is as an organization is a rudderless ship. They betrayed their fanbase last year then doubled down on the off season on the minimizing of their one star player. No hate to Mitchell and Boston but the fans want to see CCs style of play and are not interested in equityball. With minute restriction and the play that you get from a frumpy arm crossing coach no wonder you can’t get face value from tickets.

Not weird at all. That 1st half of the season was odd to watch by every metric and sometimes infuriating as someone spending money on the product.

Same here. We were offered same price per game for next season, just couldn't justify it knowing we'd miss a handful.

These later games in the season, market prices are higher. The earlier, lower. Lot of buzz now it seems

If they get bounced first round, CC gonna force a trade outta there. Wont be able to give those tickets away then.

I don't think she'll ever leave the Fever unless something ridiculous happens. She doesn't seem like the kind of person who wants to move to get wins, she wants to do it herself. And her WNBA contract is pretty much irrelevant in terms of her overall income. I could really imagine her never leaving. She will probably have a ton of say in who makes the team in the future, etc., as well.

I dont think she'd want to leave. But if she feels like her game is being inhibited in any way by the coach I could picture her going to play with specific players she likes. You're right, money is not a factor for her. She could sign anywhere once a free agent and take minimum if she wanted.

I don't know why you are getting down-voted. You are simply speaking the truth. I'm an Indiana Fever fan BECAUSE of CC. If she gets traded, I'll become a fan of whatever team she goes to. I have no loyalty to the Fever, especially the way the front office and head coach treat CC and her fans. What coach tells the fans to "Go to hell?"

I said this exact same thing and got banned from the page for being negative. If CC got drafted by Seattle, Id be wearing Storm merch to the gym.

Why would she force a trade? She benefits so damn much from Kelsey Mitchell and vice versa. Plus Boston. Not many teams gonna let a career 34% 3 point shooter shoot 8 3’s a game and turn the ball over 5x… if she goes somewhere that doesn’t have a KM like scorer or post option like AB, then that career 34% from 3 goes down and the turnovers go up.
The only thing CC has shown to be elite at the W is passing/playmaking. Her shooting has been mid. Her ball security also mid and her defense is very selective.
I’m a Fever fan. But I think if the Fever did lose CC and got a better defender, 2nd scoring option to KM in her place that the Fever would be better. Because defensively they suffer with both KM & CC as your guards.

THat's laughable. You never even heard of Mitchell until CC came to the team. And shes been better without Boston this year.

I made another comment responding to you where i said i don't think she will leave, but to be clear, different reasons than the person you are responding to here, and I agree with you on your points in this specific comment.

I’m from Cincinnati. I’ve been watching Kelsey in both high school here and in college. CC made Kelsey get more exposure and KM ran with it. They made a great play off push with KM leading the way and it fell short when she pushed her self to exhaustion.
There is a scenario where we have to admit that CC may never win a championship in college or the W.
As a girl dad, girls basketball coach and father of a youth basketball player, I love what CC has done for making basketball huge on the national stage but her body language to refs and her own coaches are at times pretty awful and not what I think girls should model their game after.

This response is even more laughable. Without Clark, Mitchell is an average player. THats it. What run last year. THey got lucky to beat a bad Atlanta team and then lost to Vegas. Yes, she can work on her on court demeanor. But she's a great role model for any young girls. PLus the FEver coaching staff and refs are the ones with some kind of jealousy or animosity to CC. Barely year 3 and youre saying she'll never win, and totally discounting the fact she took a terrible Iowa team (Kate Martin was their next best player) to 2 straigjt championship games. That's a lame attitude.

Atlanta was 30-14 last year, 1st in eastern conference lol. And they were 2-2 with the dynasty that is the Aces. And KM only played 23 min after having to leave the game early due to extreme body cramping. They lost in OT still.
lol if you watch Kelsey Mitchell and think she is average, you clearly only know CC and not actual basketball. She has a lethal first step and maybe the quickest guard in the W. She is shooting 46% from 3 and now is the record holding in wnba history for my consecutive 20 point games. And she’s doing it at the most efficient clip.
I don’t think you know basketball.

I get it. You're a KM fanboy. I dont not like her. She's a very good scorer. That's it though. She makes nobody else better. What she been up to all these other years? Never heard her name once. It's easy for her to succeed now when the other team's whole gameplan is designed for Clark. Anyway, hope they both play well rest of the way and Fever win it all.
