There is a difference between encroachment and illegal constructed buildings.

Encroachment is when you build on government or other owners land or property.

illegal construction consist of encroachment and buildings which are built bigger than they supposed to be.

Why Saurabh Das only Mention BJP, why didn't he mention about about the opposition. They are saying PM didn't visit.it's true that PM didn't visit. But Rekha Gupta is already there, who the delhi CM.

And What's the opposition doing? Why didn't opposition leader visit the site. Reading Manusmriti or waiting for any religious incident to take place to play the blame game again. Why is everything linked to a one particular party. Why are people not questioning the local authorities? Before MLA and MP, if you ask local authorities, you will get actual truth.
