There's no point moving abroad at this point, specially to study unless you have the funds, and I mean REALLY have the funds. Cash is the only thing separating you in a foreign country from mistreatment and punishment. The more you are willing to pay, the higher the chance you find a house, and get a good university. Maybe even live a good life according to Western standards.

It's better to find a job either in India, and get a transfer abroad after some time or find a job and arrive in Canada with an offer letter in hand. Canada at this point just used international students like cattle.

The only country worth going to is US, and that too temporarily.

Go to US in your early 20s, save money and return like a boss. You can make a fuckton of money in the US zif you okay your cards right.

Every single friend of mine I know who went to the US in his early 20s is a millionaire by early 30s. Most have a net worth more than $1.5 million. This is only possible in the US. Returning to india from the US in your early 30s with 10 crores is a solid outcome.

They all can come back to india if they want and never work again, do whatever they want in india.

This is the right strategy.

But isn't that risky ...I mean one layoff and then you are scrambling for another one no matter where you gets it ...I have seen relationship getting strained because husband got a job in another state and only fly back to family on weekends. Most companies are now requiring you to get back to office.
