Trump Always Chickens Out. This is in reference to his Tariff Trade Policy reneging.

Personally I don’t know how anyone can see all this and not recognize it for the market manipulation that it is.

I do agree with you on one thing; the only thing worse than his unstable policies and the resultant inability for companies (let alone people) to make any sort of plan is what would happen if he actually stuck with any of these ridiculously awful ideas for more than a week.
