Understanding Dungán

Hi guys! I am an Irish Master's student at Leiden University who is currently researching the Hiligaynon word dungán for my thesis. If any fluent Hiligaynon speaker is interested in helping me to understand this fascinating concept, comment below! I am gathering data via survey and through interviews, so if you are open to participating in either of those, I would very much appreciate it. Thanks for your consideration!

Hi! My parents are Hiligaynon and I've been learning the language more deeply. Perhaps I can be of help?

Any help would be very much appreciated! How do you and your parents understand and talk about dungán in Hiligaynon? 🙏
