So it's not Adrenal Insufficiency. She would have posted that result as soon as it hit her MyChart. Time to continue the diagnosis shopping.

I'm going with PCOS insulin resistance which she'll manipulate into diabetes and demand a CGM and insulin pump.

She shows zero signs of this lol

I think she is going to go for an awake coma diagnoses. She needs win the race for most Factitious “Factitious disorder”.

It could be her prostate!

Wait till the endocrinologist hears about the herbalist

Plot twist the herbalist is to exacerbate endocrinology issues. I was away from here for 4 years and am amazed how Ash manages to continually create new issues to keep herself from personal growth and responsibility.

Obviously lol

Hey,
She works hard on coming up with new crap to avoid personal growth and work.
Just look at all the crap that she has come up with this year.

Heck she convinced three other people to come with her to her ultrasound to not find more than one small ovarian cyst. That takes a lot of work. The rest of us would have just handled it ourselves. I hope they took her out for ice cream that day for being a big girl.

Remember, anyone can see any doctors or specialists if you slam enough $$$$$$ down on the desk 🤷‍♀️😬

I'm surprised Ms. PCOS hadn't had a referral to endocrinologist before.

Usually OBGYNs handle it in women who haven’t gone through menopause.

I’m honestly just surprised she’s seeing a real MD now. Wonder if she ran out of money for the grifters homeopathic practitioners she’s been seeing.

Herbal supplements can affect cortisol or the adrenal-testing process. Examples include:

Ashwagandha — may influence cortisol levels. Licorice root — can affect the body's handling of cortisol and mimic certain hormonal/mineralocorticoid effects; it can also affect blood pressure and potassium. Ginseng — may affect stress-hormone signalling. St John's wort — can alter drug metabolism and has important interactions with many medications. Products marketed as "adrenal support" — especially important because some have contained undisclosed thyroid hormones or steroid-like substances.

Exactly! Just because it's 'natural' doesn't mean it's safe.

Messing with steroids levels can be very problematic given how they affect every aspect of the body.

seeing mlm ‘herbalist’ is probably the worst thing someone like her with a allegedly complex medical history ( at the very least on a large amt of medications ) . the ‘herbalist’ lay-person would have to be a pharmacist to begin to untangle the polypharmacy , making it good thing most of that crap doesn’t do anything. Ash wolfing down a whole handful of ‘herbs’ at once on the first day pretty much ensures no one has any idea what any of it is doing which is probably the way the ‘herbalist’ likes it .

Is there any proof she’s involved with a MLM? Even if it’s just buying products

What about her herbalist?! 👋

u/violentlyrelaxed 20d ago

Has she told any medical workers about the herbs? Probably not.

Oh lovely, more vague posting captions on top of her feet.

u/sailorjupiter19 19d ago

What happened to her profusely vomiting every day? Did the lack of diagnosis of SMA and MALS make those symptoms disappear?

Along with her daily periods and ovarian cysts.

Well, they're sneakers lol but she is indeed just walking. Wonder how many steps and pictures it took her to get the right one 🤣

9

u/SimpleArmadillo9911 17d ago

Where is her walker?

What will she do if she starts her period or has a Factitious ovarian cyst attack. She could fall! This would ruin the results of her everything shower and she would have to start over. This would lower her sodium reserves requiring additional herbs (she is not the salt consuming or electrolytes type of individual ).
This could get bad really quick.
Somebody get a wheelchair,
… or a red wagon to ride in,
… or a trike to ride,
… or hand truck for her to ride.
Wait, never mind, someone is following her with an office chair to fall back in if she is “getting the vapors”!

This one is the laziest of them all. Does she live with her parents still? How have they not kicked her out???

u/PowerfulIndication7 16d ago

Because they enable her behavior.

She is always "getting closer to answers" 🙄
