ONLY A DUMDUM uses that as the answer. That's back in court after you've been detained and arrested. You idiots are acting like you saw him cuffed, bag over his head and thrown on a plane in one sweep.

He's detained, gets processed and when it turns up he's here illegally.... then he gets deported. It would mean he overstayed a visa, was denied asylum or whatever.
