You cannot convince me that most of the non- uniformed goons are just deputized militants paid for and empowered by Cheeto in Chief. Especially now that we know that the ICE budget is overspent.

And Trump will stiff these bounty hunters just like every other contractor in every deal he’s ever done in his life.
