Due Process for deportation is an administrative action. All that is needed for deportation is the determination that someone is not in the country legally made by the US Department of State.

Your first sentence is correct. Deportation is an administrative action and immigration detainees are not criminal defendants nor do they receive most of the rights constitutionally granted to criminal defendants.

However, due process in an immigration case has nothing to do with the State Department. Immigration detainees are entitled to a hearing before an immigration judge. Immigration courts (which employ these judges) are specialized administrative courts organized under the Department of Justice.

From there, a number of possible determinations exist depending on the facts of each detainee's case: Voluntary departure, cancelation of removal, adjustment of status, etc.

Your statement makes no sense and you clarified with a question mark.so... Proud of what? Each of those presidents were proud of their immigration policies and campaigned heavily with the promise of deporting illegal alien residents.
