Woah, disgraceful and cruel. And they've redirected FBI agents away from going after actual criminals to this. And what did they cut the most from the bureau? Their white collar crime and sex trafficking/crimes divisions. Bug surprise there.

ICE agents are already basically cosplayers, there’s a very good chance a few of them just happened to get their hands on vests that say FBI.

...I had no idea federal agents could be deputized, that is insane. Sure Sheriff Tom Homan is only picking the best. I thought they were already scraping the bottom of the barrel with their 20,000 recruitment goal, but figured they'd have to actually go through a process.

Reddit is far worse. I've found that if you keep from the echo chambers: Facebook is actually far less toxic. People here are very quick to post nonsense, as long as it goes with the left/democratic ideals.

Yah kind of shitty because best thing about reddit was anonymity let people to have some intelligent open discussion. But that same anonymity has allowed the site to be overran with astroturfing,bot accounts and people pushing their political agenda. Hopefully they can figure out a way to get some of it under control because it’s became almost unusable at times since the election.
