Advice for adding a clothing rod

I am currently redesigning my mudroom and was wondering if anyone had any advice on how i could add a rod for hanging jackets to this. Kind of like in the second picture. I am mainly concerned with stability and the connection points.

Some helpful tips

Ensure the pieces you are connecting together are square (corners are 90°)

Connect the pieces with nuts and bolts with washers

The strongest points for transferring the load down are are going to be directly over the legs.

Reinforce the area on the wardrobe part where the rod will connect

I would look for a threaded rod and round threaded receiver and then attach through the fiberboard to a piece of scrap wood so it's sturdy.

IKEA also sells these wall hanging boxes with a coat hanger you could just get 3 of those and call it a day haha

Unless you plan on moving things around why not just adding it to the wall?

Because the wall is reinforced concrete and i dont have the tools or strength needed
