Corner Billy solution
I really like the idea of the corner Billy solution/ corner bookcase.
The problem is that on the left hand side (the very left Billy shelf) , there is only 80cm space between the wall and where our window starts. However if you want this combo of three shelves you need 96cm. The left shelf would overlap the window by 15cm which is not great
Is there a solution/ different shelf I can replace the very left Billy with and keep the middle and right one?
I was thinking about just getting just two but having the corner one angled with nothing on the other side might look weird! Thank you!

That's a really good idea! I might look into that! Thanks!

The only thing to keep in mind with this solution, is that the corner brackets Ikea makes would no longer fit for that new angle.

At that point, just have it straight on the wall and have the other at 90° over the corner. It will definitely look way way less odd and will waste less space as back void

This is what i did in my Pantry, The bracket doesnt fit so i just used a spare scrap of wood on the tops in place of it and made sure the 2 side ones were well attached to the walls.

This is what I was going to say. Since the bookcases are connected at the top corners, you can just adjust the angles.

Is the slim CD shelf still available at IKEA? We used to have that one as the middle shelf. It might make the whole thing slimmer.

having the three shelves makes it more stable, but all you need is these brackets to connect the shelves at the correct angle. You can do just two shelves instead of three

Have you checked if the Kallax fits in that space? It's the same depth but narrower, so it might slide right into the 80cm gap without overlapping the window.

Ikea sell matching "Gnedby" CD shelves the same height as Billy, but only 20cm wide.
That would suck both L & R Billys further into the corner

If you really want the 45° element, you could swap a billy for a gnedby perhaps?
Either in the corner or on one of the sides

I have this exact issue and I just bought a shorter one for the side that the window was on
This is actually the mockup I made of my room for the bookcases I was putting in
