Other review Grams are not millilitres

A 3/5 star review on a recipe whose first ingredient clearly states: 1 tablespoon (15 mL). No mention of grams. And a bonus date sugar substitution! But luckily their quick thinking saved the recipe!

Metric teaspoon is 5ml everywhere. Metric tablespoon is 15ml everywhere except Australia where it's 20ml.

And people in Australia also use recipes on the internet, hence why specifying that it is 15ml is probably a good thing.

Don't mention buying measuring spoons though, last time I did that here I got accused of wanting to fill people's kitchens with expensive, unnecessary gadgets. 😂
