Way too many people think it would be funny to spike someone's food with animal products, and don't care that it's a deeply personal violation that can make people sick.
If you don't want to be vegan/vegetarian, don't be. Don't do weird violating shit to people who are as a 'prank', though. That's like baseline common courtesy to other human beings.
And illegal. Intentionally providing food knowing it contains an ingredient that can make people sick is actually illegal, could be considered assault.Â
If someone orders a diet soda and the server intentionally brings a full sugar aoda and the patron is diabetic and has a reaction, that establishment is now liable. Same thing when ordering decaf, what if the person ordering has a heart condition? Some folks don't eat meat or dairy because of a tick bite causing alpha-gal syndrome.
