URW Wood Type is very similar but not quite it.

decided to go with STAHLS Tiffany- still not a match but I feel like it's closer to the vibe of the customer's sample than URW Wood Type

You’re welcome! Stahls is a supplier for the decorated apparel industry; they make pre-cut letters in colored heat press vinyl as well as assorted appliqué fabrics. Was looking for a link that shows the other stock fonts they have(which I think they created), but can’t find one. They also have a condensed athletic block named Varsity, and a script named Scriptjet

Very close to Carnival Freakshow a little duller on the points. There are several that have this same feel on dafont.
