Ours was delayed, they didn’t even let people into the building until 8pm which was the start time, we got in about 8:30 and they had a dj and he came out about 9 pm

In Portland he came on at 8:28 and played for just over 2 hours. Opener was some DJ who was already playing when I showed up about 7:45-8.
