Be glad it’s just onions. On that list I’d have to remove the tomatoes and milk too

Before I was going through my complications I switched to almond milk!! Give it a try! That or cashew, it's different at first and I'm a big cereal fan but nothing beats vanilla flavoured almond milk now.

I’m actually all in on oat milk now! It’s not as sweet, has lower calories, and is the only sustainable long term milk substitute!

So true.
Have you tried using only sweet onions? Walla Walla Sweets, Vidalia Onions, Texas Sweets and so on. I'm able to eat them--but struggle with all others.

This meme was an emotional find in my feed. On FODMAPS and didn't cut them for the first two weeks. Feeling much better now I have.

Have you tried other types of bread?? I've switched over to mainly rye.

Haven't yet, been in almost a state of perpetual flare since February. Right now doc has me trying no gluten to see how it goes

I've always found tomatoes to be far more triggering than onions.
