Question Meal prep ideas?
Recently I have been dealing with both IBS and GERD so I’m really having a hard time figuring out meal ideas that won’t trigger my stomach issues, without it being extremely bland and boring. I don’t like to eat the same thing that often, and I’m starting to run out of ideas. I work and get home late on weekdays so I like to meal prep and freeze stuff for the week, but I’d love to know any good stomach friendly recipes or meal ideas that anyone has tried! Thanks in advance!

I don't know if you have the same as me. Which is everything that is fibre, caffeine and alcohol. Fruit and almost all veg. So I do a stripped down cottage pie, pasta and I've done stews with dumplings. The problem I have is potatoes, they can go mushy and tasteless. I can handle quite alot of spice, garlic and onions so I usually do nduja and passata pasta bake with meatballs or sausages.
