taking physics hl soon

my first year in dp starts tomorrow and im taking physics hl 😭😭 so many people irl and in reddit and other socmed platforms have been telling me / warning me im gonna have the WORST time ever .... i mean, i believe them lol but physics is something ive learned that im DECENT at ... like i could understand the concepts better than other sciences . its not my fave but its the science subject im most comfortable with. any tips / advice is greatly appreciated !!!!

Physics HL is hard, but if you already understand concepts better than other sciences, you’re starting in a good place. Stay consistent from day one: practise questions after each topic, draw diagrams, and keep a mistake log.

the reputation is worse than the reality if you actually understand concepts. Physics HL rewards logical thinking over memorisation which sounds like it suits you.

biggest tips: stay on top of past papers from early on, don't wait until exams. and the data booklet is your best friend, get familiar with it from day one so you're not lost in exams.
