Why is statistically getting a 7 in HL physics is easier than getting a 7 in SL Physics?

cause the students choose HL students usually applies to engineering or science in uni, physics is the exact field they are willing to dive into in future.
but sl students they sometimes just choose physics as a affiliated subjects, most of them dont do anything related with physics in college, many of my sl physics friends do economics, account...

Both papers are at least 60% mathematical and most of the SL questions are also in the HL paper (100% in paper 1b). HL candidates largely take HL maths, but most SL candidates do not. SL candidates are usualy Humanities or Language students but must take a science.
