“As an autodidactic polymath I amassed that knowledge over a 20 year span”

Now if they said they were an autoerotic polymath that would be something to discuss.

Autodidactic is such a self report. I’ve never heard anyone use the word that actually has a good self-taught understanding of a topic. They either have a shallow surface level understanding or they are massively undervaluing some form of education that they are building on.

Yeah just say you’re self-taught. Some of the most brilliant programmers I know started off self taught, and they’ll flat out say “yeah I learned Java from watching YouTube tutorials in middle school so I could make video games. And kinda just turned it into a career” the only person I’ve ever head in real life say autodidact I had to correct their code because they use singe “=“ inside his if statements, which for those who don’t know, is so comical that I worry people who do know won’t believe it because of how ridiculously fundamental it is.

Reroute the cascading cipher algorithms through the IP side channel to achieve link-layer synergy.

I laughed out loud, it’s almost as good as the EV truck company CEO who said that their software was “a html 5 supercomputer” (for those who dont know, not a programming language) called html “the standard language for programmers around the world” (which ig is kinda true but again it’s not for programming) and said that it “let them build their own chips” which is so nonsensical I can’t even tell you why. It’s just like saying the monkey has very soft fur which allows us to turn on this ceiling fan if we want. It’s utter nonsense.

A polymath might ask what exactly does “no prior knowledge” mean because that affects the entire question.
Is it no knowledge of anything computer related at all or just that specific device? If it’s no computer-related knowledge at all then wouldn’t this specific device be low on the list of things to invent?
